    THG exclusively represents Redfern in the sale of his down-leg and exchanges him into a 288-unit portfolio valued at $28.8M, the largest exchange in Redfern’s career.

  • 2007 - $250m in Transactions:
    Redfern and THG celebrate $250 Million of sales volume across 37 transactions.

  • 2016 - Largest Acquisition:
    Through THG’s institutional relationships, Redfern acquires a $75M newly built luxury community in the South Bay.
